My artwork may not be used, modified or distributed for: NFT, cryptocurrency projects, AI training, Image generation platforms
General terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
By commissioning me, the client confirms they are 18+
My art is fully human made. No generative AI tools are used in my art process
Payment
All prices are listed in USD
100% pre-payment
Payment accepted via Paypal invoice
I don't take any virtual currency
Work begins when the full payment is received
Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Work process
We discuss your ideas together
Will do any changes at sketch stage
Will send further WIPs if asked
Turnaround time: up to 4 months
Artist’s Rights
I retain copyright to the artwork
I may share the work in portfolio and social media
I may use the artwork for promotion

Tier 1: Personal Use License
This tier applies to non-commercial use only. No additional fees applyThe Client may:

Share the artwork online with proper credit
The Client may not:

Use the artwork for merchandise
Tier 2: Content Creator LicenseThis tier applies to VTubers, streamers, and online creators who monetize content. Extra 50% fee appliesThe Client may:
Use the artwork for livestreaming
Use the artwork for channel branding
Use the artwork for promotional posts
The Client may not:
Use the artwork for merchandise
Tier 3: Merchandise LicenseThis tier applies to artwork used on profit-making products, and it must be discussed in detail. Extra 100% fee appliesThe Client may:

Use the artwork on digital products
